Age criteria for Daycare will be 6 Months to 10 years. Relaxation in age for AIS students.
Parents need to fill and submit a consent letter for student's pick up if someone else is picking on their behalf.
Valid ID Card with recent photo of Parents , Guardian or Authorized person is mandatory to collect the child.
It is the responsibility of the parents to educate their children about appropriate behaviour when in the AIS KIDS EDU DAYCARE. While in the Daycare, children must respect and listen to the teachers and staff. This applies to staying within premises, participating in activities, respectful behaviour and interaction with other kids and staff.
Parents are not supposed to harass Daycare coordinator/teachers/ caregivers. All concerns must be communicated professionally with non-abusive words. All queries must be communicated in writing to the daycare center head on e- mail id [email protected] .
Parents are not allowed to bring their kids to the Daycare Center immediately after vaccination. Kids may come to daycare after one day from vaccination time. Note: this policy is only applicable for kids between 6 months to 3 years. Parents are requested to keep their child at home if not feeling well.
Discourage children from carrying personal items and valuables. If parents wish so, it will be at their own risk.
Parents need to send extra clothes and water bottle. All belongings of a child should be labelled.
Daycare working days and hours will be – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Meal charges will be separate and not included in the daycare charges.
For infants, please provide an adequate number of diapers preferably 5 diapers per day , baby wipes and bibs, including spares.
Children suffering from infectious diseases should not be sent to daycare unless they are symptom free for at least 24 hours.
Parents are not allowed to give personal gifts or money to daycare staff.
Parents are requested to attend the ‘Parents-Teachers’ meeting regularly which will be announced well in advance. Attendance of at least one parent is compulsory.
No birthday celebrations are allowed in daycare.
Parents are requested to collect their wards at their specified time, following Daycare clock. Hourly charges will be applicable beyond 15 min delay.
